Frequently Asked Questions
Quickly check answers to common questions about PinkLab training and collaboration.
Participants & Target
How many people can attend the training?
We operate on a small-group basis, and around 10 participants is generally the ideal size. Training fees are calculated per day, and for groups of up to 10 participants, the fee remains the same regardless of the number of attendees. However, if the group exceeds 8 participants, our training space may not be sufficient, and a separate meeting room rental may be required; in that case, the rental fee will be added. Training for groups of 15 or more is coordinated through a separate consultation based on the situation.
Venue & Travel
Do you provide a training venue or location?
Yes, we can conduct the training at our PinkLab training center.
Can you provide on-site training?
We can also visit your company or school to deliver the training. However, equipment preparation, transportation, and travel are required, so travel expenses are charged separately and may vary by region.
Curriculum & Training Content
Do you offer training content or curricula?
Rather than following a fixed curriculum as-is, we design customized training programs based on the goals of the company or organization and the level of the participants. If you share the topic you want to cover and the participants' level, we can propose a suitable training plan.
You can find recent or core training programs in the curriculum section of PinkLab Academy.
Equipment & Practice Environment
What robots do you use?
Depending on the training purpose and practical theme, we use devices such as Pinky Pro, Pinky Zero, OMX, and OpenARM. Please tell us the type of training you want, and we will recommend the most suitable equipment.
Do you provide equipment or robot rental?
Both practice PCs and robots are available for rental. The required equipment varies depending on the curriculum, and separate rental fees may apply.
Fees
How are the training fees calculated?
Training fees for small groups are KRW 2,000,000 per day, excluding VAT. The duration of the training depends on the curriculum.
If equipment rental is required, separate rental fees apply. On-site training also incurs travel expenses.
Additional Information
Can a certificate be issued upon completion?
